Swim Training Continues towards Division Swimming
Well done to the 12/13 yr freestyle relay teams and Open Medley teams for continuing their training at Yawa. Thanks to Nat, Kym, Assunta and Matt for helping out.
Well done to our St Joey's Tennis Team at Districts
Charlie Muller, Gus Mountain, James Hinkley, Maggie Power, Isabella Willcock and Billie Treeby represented St Joseph's School at Rosebud Tennis Club last Wednesday 4th March. They all enjoyed playing against the best from the district schools, with Gus making the Quarter Finals and Maggie finishing Runners-Up and winning a trophy on the day. There is no progression in the tennis to Division and beyond unfortunately this year. Thank you to the mums who organised a team training at the Hinkleys on the weekend before and for the transport and supervision of the students on the day.
Looking for new girl basketball players.
New players are needed for a Sorrento U/10 team. Games are on Saturdays. Natalie de Morton is currently coach and is happy to be the contact person - 0430623876. Training one night a week after school. Players can be born in 2017 or younger.
Kind regards,
Jenny Todd
