Disco 💃🏻🕺🏼
It's DISCO WEEK!! 💃🏻🕺🏼🎉🪩
A couple of notes for this Fridays Disco:
Firstly, This is a parent run event, organised by CHAPS. Please be respectful of the volunteers who are giving their time to make this a fun and safe night for all students.
To help everyone have the best night possible 💚 If your child finds loud music, flashing lights or busy environments overwhelming, please consider whether the disco will be the right environment for them — we want every child to have a fun, safe and enjoyable night!
Rules & Regs 🛑
- All children must be signed in and out of the event. Please ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
- if your child is attending OSHC, they must be signed out by an adult (previously arranged with Cassie, if not their own parent) and then signed into the Disco.
- Sign-in and out will take place outside the stadium doors. Volunteers will escort children inside. NO PARENTS are permitted inside the disco unless they are volunteering.
- We ask that students bring along a named drink bottle. ❗️Children will not be allowed to leave the stadium to use the drink taps‼️
- Please do not bring glow sticks or accessories. They have been a hazard in previous years! ❌
- NO PHONES 📱. If I find a phone I will confiscate it and the parents will need to collect it from me!
It’s a 45min disco. Leave phones at home!
- Volunteers will be wearing Hi-Vis vests for the night so that they are easily identifiable to children and the parents 🦺
CHAPS Disco Night 🪩🕺
- Prep 4:45pm - 5:30pm
- Yr 1 -3 6:00pm - 6:45pm
- Yr 4 -6 7:15pm - 8:00pm
