Welcome back to Term 2 TEAM!

I hope all our students and families had a wonderful break and enjoyed the Easter holidays. The holidays are a great opportunity to recharge and take some well-deserved rest. I made a conscious choice to stay away from school during the break and focus on resting and rejuvenating, ready for a big and exciting term ahead.

Although I wasn’t at school, I’d like to give a big SHOUTOUT and heartfelt thank you to the Edwards family for generously giving their time over the holidays to complete some odd jobs around the school grounds. Your efforts are truly appreciated!

We’re always so grateful for the support and contributions of our families, it’s what makes the Cowwarr TEAM so special.

This Monday, the Cowwarr team will head over to Sale to take part in the Rural Cluster Cross Country event. These special days are a wonderful chance for our students to connect with peers from other schools, build friendships, develop resilience, and most importantly—have fun!

Our Foundation to Grade 2 students will enjoy a variety of engaging activities throughout the day, including tennis, an art session, story time, and play on the playground. To finish the day, they’ll take part in their very own mini cross country run. It’s an especially exciting day for our senior students in Room 1, as all of them will have the opportunity to compete for a place at the next level of competition. We’re proud of their enthusiasm and can’t wait to cheer them on!

We’re looking forward to all the exciting opportunities, events, and learning experiences ahead. Here’s to another fantastic term of working, growing, and learning together!
