Year 12 Dress up - What I want to be when I grow up
Students enjoyed their last dress up day for the year at the end of Term 3.

On the last day of Term 3, Year 12 students completed an English exam in the exam centre, then enjoyed a sausage in bread on the deck and a revision session to end the term.

Youth Agri-Tech Expo
At the end of Term 3 a small group of students attended the Youth Agri-Tech Expo in Bairnsdale.
Students took part in a variety of activities, including looking at man-made vs natural fibres under a microscope, soil samples and testing sugar levels in fruit. Some students also had the opportunity to examine a pregnant cow (fake cow behind used) – no photos to preserve student dignity! This was a valuable experience, and we hope to take many more students next year.

First Aid Training
20 senior students gained their First Aid and CPR qualifications last Wednesday. The trainer was very impressed with our students.

Business Management Market Day

Year 10 and 11 Assemblies
Term 4 is a busy term for all the students - we held assemblies this week to provide information on what is coming up, excursions, TAFE visits, Year 12 Jumper order, Study camp and much more. If you require any help, please email or call the Senior Hub.

Jericho - Year 10 Metal Design

Year 12 VM PDS
Jaimond and Lillian from our Year 12 VM PDS class recently led a community project to make a positive impact in our local area. On 20th August, they hosted a successful burger and soft drink lunch for staff, and with the help of some amazing friends, they were able to raise nearly $300.
All the funds were used to purchase essential supplies for the Willaneen Women's Shelter, a vital service that provides short-term crisis accommodation for women and children escaping family violence in the Gippsland area. Their work provides a haven and much-needed support during a difficult time.
This project was a fantastic success, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who bought a burger to support this incredible cause.

Year 10 Textiles
Students made Identity Hoodies.

All current Year 11 students will have a study camp program in Term 4. The dates are 12th to 14th November at Camp Coolamatong. All details and permission are on Compass. There is no cost for the camp. Consent is due by 24th October.

After school study sessions

Study sessions take place in the Malgobila LRC on a Wednesday and Thursday from 3.15 pm to 5.00 pm. All students from all year levels are welcome to attend.
