Physical Education

This term in Physical Education has been full of energy, teamwork, and growth! We were fortunate to receive funding through the Victorian Government Sporting Schools Initiative, which allowed us to work alongside Gecko Sports to deliver specialised coaching sessions for our students.

Throughout the term, students have been developing their skills and confidence in soccer, volleyball, netball, and football — the sports we are focusing on for interschool competition this term. It has been wonderful to see students challenge themselves, learn new skills, and celebrate their achievements with pride and enthusiasm.

A major focus in PE this term has also been sportsmanship and teamwork, aligning with our Friendology program across the school. Students have shown outstanding encouragement, resilience, inclusion, and respect towards one another, both during games and skill-building activities. We are incredibly proud of the positive attitude and determination our students have demonstrated and look forward to seeing their continued growth throughout the year.
