Melbourne Symphony Orchestra performance

On Wednesday 29th April, musicians from the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra performed for our students in the theatrette. Students were treated to music from Beethoven, Bizet and Saint-Saëns and learnt about programme music, motifs and the origin of some AFL theme songs. A few students also had the opportunity to conduct the ensemble. Thanks to the Fairley Foundation for providing this opportunity for our students.
