Week 10
What an exciting way to wrap up Term 1! Week 10 was full of fun, creativity, and celebration as we enjoyed our final days together before the Autumn holidays.
Our Breakfast Club kept everyone warm and energised with delicious options including pancakes, hot chocolate with marshmallows, breakfast burritos, and a selection of unique flavoured hot cross buns which were perfect for the Easter season! For our Snack Squad, children enjoyed a variety of tasty meals like veggie burgers with hashbrowns, butter potato curry with rice, mini pizzas, and a special spread of party food to celebrate the last day of term.
Creativity was in full swing with a range of Easter-themed and hands-on activities. Children explored their imaginations through 3D dioramas, made adorable paper plate Easter bunnies, designed bracelets, created Easter cards, and built their very own Easter baskets, just in time for our exciting Easter egg hunt! Decorating cookies was also a highlight, with plenty of delicious (and colourful!) creations. Our physical activities kept everyone active and engaged, featuring egg and spoon races, group games, basketball, grounders, and both junior and senior playground fun.
It has been a fantastic term filled with learning, laughter, and connection. We are so proud of all the children and the wonderful memories we’ve created together. We are now looking forward to an exciting Autumn Holiday Program and can’t wait to see everyone there! Wishing all our families a safe and happy holiday break!
Family Breakfast
It was wonderful to be a part of the school’s Family Breakfast and connect with our community in such a warm and welcoming setting. We loved seeing so many families come together to start the day, and we hope you had the chance to stop by, grab a coffee from us, and enjoy the morning atmosphere. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a special event!

Please note: When booking via the Kidsoft portal, surcharges for special experience days (Excursions, Special Events, and Make & Take Days) may not yet be visible. You can still proceed with your booking for these days on Kidsoft - your child will be booked into the special experience, and the applicable surcharge will be automatically added once the Kidsoft system is updated.

We are also now providing Breakfast during Holiday Program, from 7:00am until 8:15am. Please still pack morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea for your children, as well as a hat and drink bottle!

Enrolling Your Child
For new enrolments, please go to https://www.oshclub.com.au/register/
A helpful video for navigating the iParent Portal and completing the enrolment process can be found on this page.
Please note: CRN numbers and all birth dates must be entered correctly if you wish to claim the Child Care Subsidy. CCS applications are submitted automatically to Centrelink when new enrolments are actioned.
Bookings
Online bookings for Rise then Shine and Stay and Play sessions close 24 hours in advance. Online bookings for the Holiday Program and Curriculum Days close 5 days in advance.
If online bookings have closed, and you would like to make or cancel a booking, please SMS the program phone on 0427 144 945.
Cancellation of Bookings
IMPORTANT: If your child is booked in for an afternoon Stay and Play session and that booking is no longer required, please cancel the booking on the iParent Portal. If you are cancelling on the day, please contact us on the program phone before 3:25pm to avoid a non-notified absence fee of $20.00 per child.
We are responsible for all children booked into our care. If a child does not arrive after school care when booked in to attend, we will need to confirm the whereabouts of the child by contacting parents/guardians and emergency contacts. If we cannot successfully do this, it then becomes a missing child incident.
As you can imagine, this can be very stressful!
