A Great Start to Term 3

It's been wonderful to see the way our students have commenced the new term. There has been a positive atmosphere across the Primary School, with students settling quickly into routines and approaching their learning with enthusiasm and purpose.

On Monday at assembly, Mr Cruse spoke with students about the importance of building one another up, particularly through the words we choose to use each day. Our words have great power, and we want to continue fostering a culture where students encourage, support and value one another. We appreciate the partnership of families as we work together to help students develop positive and respectful relationships.

We also encourage families to continue talking with their children about the celebrations, achievements and challenges they experience at school. Reflecting on successes is important, but so too is recognising that setbacks and mistakes are a valuable part of the learning process. These conversations help students develop resilience, perseverance and a growth mindset as they learn and grow.
