Absence from school.

Every day that your child is absent from school, you need to either use PAM to notify us of their absence or call or email the office. If you know that they will be absent for more than one day, just let us know.

If your family is going travelling, please email the office with the dates the child/ren are going to be absent.

If the office does not know the reason for the absence, expect a phone call!

Have you moved recently?

If your family has moved house, please advise the office of your new home address. If any of your other details change, phone number, email etc, please also let the office know so that we can update our records.

Has your Visa Changed?

Please notify the office of any visa or residency or naturalisation changes when they happen. 

Camps, Sports & Excursion Fund.

If you are the holder of a Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card or a Health Care Card, you may be eligible to receive a small grant from the Government which will be put towards the costs of your child’s excursion, swimming or camp fees each year.

If you do hold one of the cards pictured, please either download the form below or collect a form from the office and return it to school as soon as possible with a copy of your card. Copies may be emailed to office@spclayton.catholic.edu.au or copied at the office.

The funds are received by the school later in the year and will be credited towards the Health, Sports and Wellbeing component of your fees. If your child is due to go on Camp this year, then the funds will be used to cover some, or all, of the costs of Camp.
