A Message from the Principal

Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we enter the second half of the term, I am pleased to see our students well settled into their routines and actively engaged in their learning.
This period also marks the season of Lent, a time of prayer, fasting and almsgiving, or giving to those who are less fortunate than ourselves. Last week, we marked Shrove Tuesday with our students enjoying pancakes. Following this, Ash Wednesday provided a meaningful opportunity for our school community to come together and celebrate Mass. These events highlight the importance of coming together as a college community.
Looking ahead, we still have some availability for enrolments across all years in the secondary school for 2025. Additionally, we are currently completing enrolment interviews for students entering Year 7 in both 2026 and 2027. While our primary school is currently full, we encourage all parents who are interested in securing a primary school place for their child in the future to complete an application form at your earliest convenience. For all year levels, please get your applications in as soon as possible, as places are filling up fast.
In staffing news, we bid farewell to Mrs. Lisa Ripley, Vice Principal, who has left the College. I would like to thank Lisa for her contributions to the Salvado community over the past two years and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
Wishing you all a restful and enjoyable weekend.
God Bless,
Karen Prendergast
College Principal
