And Spring has definitely sprung.
Its been a wonderful start to Spring in our garden with lots of veggies ready for harvesting. We have been enjoying tasting and picking fresh cauliflowers, carrots, kale, silverbeet and beetroots.

A busy time planting our summer seedlings and getting our garden beds ready for loads of summer produce.

Our garden board is full of students summer growing suggestions - watermelon, strawberries, corn and cucumbers were the most popular suggestions. We look forward to planting these up in the next few weeks.

Animal of the Week......
We wanted to introduce our animal of the week. It came down to three of our most popular furry friends, Hazelnut the rabbit, Elsa the chicken and Galaxy the guinea pig. After a group discussion and vote.........

Hazelnut our rabbit got the majority of the votes. She enjoys munching through her carrots and is happy to have her fluffy coat brushed.
Well done Hazelnut.
We are also looking for parent helpers to assist in kitchen or garden. Parents from prep to 4s are happy to contact us to assist.
