Assistant Principal's Report

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”

— Aristotle

The final term of the year is an important time for learning, celebration and reflection. We are proud of the commitment our girls have shown throughout the year and are excited for the opportunities that lie ahead. Thank you to our families and staff for your ongoing support as we work together to make the most of the weeks ahead.

With a busy few weeks ahead, I encourage all girls to remain focused and make the most of every learning opportunity. A reminder that upcoming assessment periods provide our girls with an opportunity to showcase their learning and achievement.

  • Week 4: Year 10 Assessment block
  • Week 5: Year 9 Assessment block
  • Week 7: Year 11/12 Assessment block

A series of activities have been planned for the girls as we conclude the academic year.

  • Tuesday 24th November (Week 7):  College Swimming Carnival at Des Renford Leisure Centre
  • Week 8: Year 10 Activities Week
  • Monday 30th November - Wednesday 2nd December (Week 8): Year 11 Retreat (please see individual compass events which will be published soon)
  • Thursday 10th December (Week 9): Community Day
  • Friday 11th December (Week 9): Presentation Day

The academic year will conclude with our Presentation Day ceremony on Friday 11th December. It is a fitting conclusion that we gather with our girls as a community to end the year.
