Year 6 Craft Club 

Craft Club

Craft Club is like a whole other session of art. It’s run by Clare (the Prep-2 art teacher) and Kyle (the Grade 5 teacher who makes his own costumes) and is on in Term 2 for Grade 6, and Term 3 for Grade 5 in the main building art room. 

There are lots of things to do and learn, like hand-sew, crochet, knit, use the sewing machines, weave, and lots of other cool stuff. In your first session, you will get a piece of paper which will say what materials you need, what appliances you need, what you are making, what materials you can bring from home, and you get to draw a picture of what you will make.

Each week, you get to work on your project at your own pace, and by the end of the term, you can take your finished project or an unfinished piece to continue to work on, home.
