Dear Parents and Carers,
Our next P&F meeting is coming up soon, and we’d love to see a strong turnout as we plan for upcoming events, including the Walkathon.
Sports Canteens – Round 6, Saturday 6 June 2026
Thank you to the parents who stepped in at short notice last weekend following weather-related fixture changes. Your support helped keep the Flats canteen operating throughout the day.
This Saturday, Marist hosts Villanova and we expect another very busy day. Accordingly, we need volunteers across both the Flats and Grandstand canteens, with a special call-out to our Year 10 families to lead the way.
If you’re at Marist on Saturday, please sign up via the links below as early as possible. Even one hour helps keep the canteens running and supports P&F activities across the College.
Mates Program – Student Volunteers
Students can also volunteer in the sports canteens:
- Years 11–12: may volunteer independently.
- Years 5–10: must volunteer with a parent or guardian.
- Counter service only (no grills or deep fryers).
Students must wear their school uniform.
At the end of their shift, students should register their hours using the QR code available in each canteen.
Grandstand
(open while games are playing at Hayden and McMahon and for as long as volunteers are available)
Flats
(open while games are playing at Flats and Cameron for as long as volunteers are available)
P&F General Meeting

If you can’t attend in person, a Teams link will be provided closer to the date. Requests for agenda items should be sent to the P&F Secretary by Monday 6 July.
