Have Your Say on Uralla’s Future

Uralla Shire Council is planning ahead to make sure future development, especially around renewable energy, reflects what matters most to our community. We’re inviting parents, families and residents to share your thoughts at upcoming June workshops.

This is part of the Striking a New Deal project, where Council is working with not-for-profit group The Next Economy to understand local priorities - from roads and jobs to housing, land use, services and more. Your input will help shape a practical plan that supports Uralla’s future. All views are welcome whether you're excited, concerned, or just curious.

Come along to a session near you:

  • Wed 25 June – Uralla Bowls Club, 5:30–7:30pm (with dinner + childcare)
  • Fri 27 June – Invergowrie General Store drop-in, 3:30–6pm (with pizza)
  • Sat 28 June – Uralla Courthouse, 2–4pm (with afternoon tea)
  • Sun 29 June – Kentucky Memorial Hall, 2–4pm (with afternoon tea)
