🌭 Bunnings BBQ – Volunteers Needed

Our annual Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser is fast approaching, and we are seeking donations of supplies to help keep costs down.

We are looking for donations of:

• BBQ trays
• Aluminium foil
• Cooking oil
• Tomato sauce
• BBQ sauce
• Mustard
• Canned drinks or bottled water
• Disposable gloves
• Napkins

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and is greatly appreciated.

If you would like to donate any of these items, please contact the school office or drop your donation into the office.

We are also looking for volunteers to help on the day. More information about volunteer shifts will be sent out soon. You will need a current Working With Children Check and an annual induction with Ms Kerry before the event.

🎁 Father's Day Stall – Donations & Volunteers Needed

Our annual Father's Day Stall is coming up, and we are seeking donations of suitable gifts to help make the stall a success.

Suggested donations include:

• BBQ tools
• Socks
• Mugs
• Chocolates or lollies
• Keyrings
• Pens
• Notebooks
• Car accessories
• Gardening gloves
• Small tool sets
• Stubby holders
• Hand creams or grooming items
• Reusable coffee cups
• Gift bags or wrapping supplies

If you have new items that would make a great Father's Day gift, we'd love to receive them.

Every donation is greatly appreciated and helps us provide an affordable and enjoyable stall for our students.

We will also be looking for volunteers to assist on the day. If you're available to help, please email Westbreen.ps@education.vic.gov.au with your name and the times you're available. You will need a current Working With Children Check and an annual induction with Ms Kerry before the event.

🌈 Colour Fun Run – Friday 18th September!

Get ready to finish the term with a splash of colour!

Our annual Colour Fun Run will be held on the last day of school, Friday 18 September. This is always a fun-filled event that students look forward.

More information, including fundraising details and event times, will be shared soon.
