Division Athletics

On Monday 14th September seventeen of Athol Road’s best athletes competed at the Greater Dandenong Division Athletics event at Ross Reserve Athletics Track in Noble Park. All of our students competed with great skill, technique and determination. Eleven of our students achieved a personal best result for their event(s) which is an amazing accomplishment that they should be very proud of.

• Seleny - 100m sprint – 6th PB (personal best), 200m sprint – 6th PB

• Vanessa L - 100m sprint – 3rd PB, 200m sprint – 5th

• Isabella P - 80m hurdles – 5th PB

• Jessica H - long jump – 6th

• Hannah N - long jump - 5th PB

• Kellyah - shot put – 5th, discus - 3rd PB

• Yajing - shot put - 2nd PB, discus – 1st (Division Record)

• Lydia – shot put – 6th

• Annyka – discus – 7th

• Girls 11yo relay – Vanessa L, Cindy C, Lola, Jessica H - 5th PB

• Michael T – 100m – 7th, 200m – 6th

• Anakin – 100m – 5th PB

• Gordon – shot put – 4th PB

• Boys 9/10yo relay – Michael T, Starrich, Adrian, Michael H – 4th PB
