Jersey Boys High School Edition
Rehearsals are in full swing for Marist Ashgrove’s production of Jersey Boys. The production that includes members from Mt St Michaels College and the Stuartholme School are rehearsing each Monday and Wednesday afternoons as well as every second Sunday. There’s a lot of (enjoyable) work still to do however the excitement is building in the cast as we get closer to the performances on May 9, 10 and 11 in the Draney Theatre.
Term 1 Concerts
Premier Concert
Thursday 29 February
6:30pm | Draney Theatre
All members of the College community are invited to experience the College’s premier ensembles perform for the first time in full concert mode for 2024. This concert will feature the College’s Chamber Strings, Wind Orchestra 1, Big Band 1, Guitar Orchestra 1, Chamber Choir and Symphony Orchestra.

Headmaster Tours
Friday 8 March
Big Band 1 and String Quartet will be performing as part of the Headmasters Tours during the morning of Friday 8 March. String Quartet will be performing from 8:45am – 9:05am and 11:20am – 12:00pm in the Tower Forecourt and Big Band 1 will be playing in the Draney Theatre in Period 2.
Year 5 Musical
Wednesday 27 March
5:45pm and 6:30pm | Draney Theatre
Join the Year 5 cohort of 2024 for their musical production of ‘Joust’. Imagine a world where all weapons were replaced by musical instruments! Welcome to the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table as you've never seen it or heard it before. On guard! This 35-minute medieval marvel, complete with jousting knights, delightful damsels, and court jesters, is an event not to be missed.
Please note that due to capacity restrictions in the Draney Theatre, each family will be restricted to 2 tickets. The ticket link will be released closer to the performance date. Classes shows will be at the following times:
- Session 1 (5:45pm) 5 Blue, 5 Gold, 5 Maroon, 5 Red
- Session 2 (6:30pm) 5 Silver, 5 Violet, 5 White
