Our New Administration Building

We are excited to announce that we are now in our new Administration Building!

While there are still some landscaping works, decorating, and defect items to be completed (some of which will be completed in the school holidays), the building is now operational and ready for use.

We ask that all parents and visitors access the office from the Main Entrance (on the carpark side) and not from the Student Reception (behind the gates). We will be installing some signage to direct foot traffic in the coming weeks.

Traffic Flow

We ask that families please observe the directional flow arrows in the front driveway and carpark, and leave accessible carparks free for those who genuinely need them.

Congratulations to Year 1/2C, who were Behaviour Warriors this week for receiving the most tokens for displaying our positive behaviour traits:

Dental Van Visit

The Australian Smile Group Dental Van will be visiting our school the week beginning 22nd June 2026, which is the last week of Term 2.

We ask that the completed Consent and Medical History Forms be returned to the school office by Friday, 24th May.

Enrolments

Enrolments are now being taken for Year Prep 2027. If you have a child starting Prep next year, we kindly ask you to complete an enrolment form online via our website https://www.cckingsville.catholic.edu.au/enrolment-information/enrolment/

Alternatively, you can collect an enrolment form from the School Office.

Once enrolment forms are received, a "Get to Know You Interview' is scheduled, after which places are offered.

Should you know of other families seeking enrolment for Prep 2027, we kindly ask that you refer them to our school. Families can easily book a School Tour via our website.

Parents and Friends (PFA)

Our next PFA meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday 26th May commencing at 6:30pm. It will be held back in our normal staffroom.
