NEW - CSEF & HealthCare Card Rebate Update
For eligible families we have applied for CSEF, and this will be allocated to eligible families fees next term, along with Health Care Card (HCC) rebates.
There is a delay which has occurred due to accounting allocations, but we have been advised the funding has been approved.
Nothing further for families to do, this is all backend processing.
Thank you for your patience.
School fees
Statements will continue to be emailed to families at the start of each month.
We kindly ask families to check fees balance and make arrangements to finalise any 2025 outstanding balance. Outstanding balances from previous years remain overdue and payable.
If you would like to pay your school fees by direct debit, please fill in and return relevant forms located in the 'School Fees'tab of this newsletter as soon as possible.
A new Authority form is required each year; Direct Debit payments do not automatically recommence.
Please contact the school Principal, Ms Elaine Vertriest if you need to discuss fees and/or payment options.
The successful running of school programs for your child’s education relies on fees being paid. Thank you for your cooperation.
New - Family Verification Reports
Families should have recently received a Family Verification Report, we ask families to check and update any relevant changes to contact details, email address, residential address or emergency contacts as required and return to the school office as soon as possible.

REMINDER - Late arrival / Early collection
Students who arrive at school after 8.50am must present to the office for students to be signed in.
Students who leave school before 3.20pm will need to be signed out through the office.
Parents are asked to attend the office and sign students in or out via the Office ipad.
If your child is going to be late or leaving early, please notify the office or your teacher direct rather than submitting via PAM.
Student Absences
Please notify the school by a phone call to the office or notification via the PAM website if your student is going to be absent.
If you don't notify the school with a reason of absence, you will receive an SMS. If we do not hear from you or an absence note sent through on PAM, you will receive a call from the administration team to verify your students absence.
As per the Victorian Education Department attendance requirements -
'The school must record student attendance twice per day in primary schools and in every class in secondary schools and record, in writing, the reason given for each absence. This is necessary to:
- meet legislative requirements
- discharge schools' duty of care for all students
- assist calculation of the school's funding
- enable the school governing body (school council in government schools) to report on student attendance annually.'
