Music Soiree

What a fantastic evening of performance that we had as a community on Wednesday the 12th of November at the college’s Music Soiree evening. So many of the instrumental music students performed and celebrated their learning on piano, guitar and voice. Some of our performers had such courage to get up on stage and perform for the first time, many of them only in prep!

Our evening was filled with encouragement as the audience filled in Warm Fuzzy cards to encourage our performers in their efforts. We had a premiere performance for Bayside’s very own Recorder Ensemble who performed with such professionalism and precision. Watch this space for more ensembles to come next year! All the students worked very hard leading up to the performance to prepare their works to a performance standard - well done everyone!

Pantry Plus Christmas Hamper Food Drive

As we approach the Christmas season, Bayside Christian College is excited to once again partner with Peninsula City Church to support their Pantry Plus Christmas Hamper initiative. This program provides practical assistance to individuals and families in our community who may be experiencing hardship during the holidays.

This year, our hamper collection will run from Tuesday November 25 to Thursday 4 December.

During this time, we invite each student to bring one non-perishable item that will contribute to a Christmas hamper. These hampers will then be gifted to families in need to help make their Christmas a little brighter. If your family would like to donate more than one item, you are more than welcome to do so.

Each year level has been assigned a specific item to assist with creating a well-balanced and festive hamper. Items can be placed in the labelled tubs located in classrooms. Students in Years 10 and 11 are asked to put their donations into the tub located at North Reception.

Community Business Directory

At Bayside Christian College, we believe in the strength of community and the value of supporting one another. Our Business Directory is a space where families can connect with trusted local trades and services provided by members of our own Bayside community.

By choosing to engage with businesses owned or operated by fellow families, you're not only receiving quality service but also fostering a spirit of unity and care that reflects our shared values.

Whether you're looking for a reliable tradesperson, professional service, or local supplier, we encourage you to explore the directory and consider supporting those who are invested in the life of our College. Together, we can build stronger relationships, grow local enterprise, and demonstrate the power of a connected, caring community.
