On Tuesday, Fra Oscar celebrated Mass for our Year 10 cohort. Fra Oscar shared his experiences in Rome and the importance of always extending your knowledge. He even spoke in Italian seeing it was Italian week, reinforcing this point.

Thank you to our Old Boy pianist Mattew Loo (’21), Mr Oddie (HOY) and Mr Holdman’s PCG for providing all the students with roles, and for doing such a wonderful job during this Mass. A special thank you to Jeremiah Santelli for reading an Italian prayer of the faithful. Bravissimo Jeremiah!

TC can only be a community with the incredible support of our parents and extended family and friends.  Thank you for attending and supporting your son. God bless and hopefully I will see many of you at our Friday 8.00am Community Mass.

Friday 8.00am Mass was hosted by 9.3 and 9.4 today. Thank you to all who attended and assisted at this Mass.  A special thank you to Mr O’Malley (HOY), and Mr Hansen and Ms Acton’s PCGs.

Today, we dedicated the Mass to all our loved ones who have passed away. Lighting a candle is a symbol of Christ’s light.  For your information, the month of November is traditionally a time in which the Catholic community remembers those who have died. It is related to the fact that the end of November is the end of the Liturgical Year with a new year starting the First Sunday of Advent – the four-week period of preparation before Christmas.

Please come along during Friday 8.00am November Masses to honour your deceased loved ones.

Year 9 Retreat

On Wednesday the 19th and Thursday 20th November (Week 6), all Year 9 students will be attending their retreat.  This year, the Youth Mission Team (YMT) will lead the retreat at their homebase in Osborne Park. The students will be accompanied by their PCG teachers by bus, to and from the venue.

  • Wednesday 19 November: PCG’s 1-4

  • Thursday 20 November: PCG’s 5-8

Parents/carers, please ensure that you have read and completed all medical and dietary details in the Consent2Go.  I sincerely appreciate your support in enriching your son’s faith journey at the College.

Cadre Retreat

In preparation for the Year 8 Quest Retreat in 2026, a selection of current Year 11 students will be participating in the Cadre Retreat on Friday 21 November from 8.30am – 3.00pm. This is an important preparation time, learning how to be a faith filled leader and learning how to train 65 Peer Ministers. Please pray for these dedicated students.

Year 11 Encounter Retreat

In Week 7, Monday to Thursday, the Year 11 students will take part in their four-day Christian Service placement, organised by Mrs Stewart.

Mrs West will then place all Year 11 students into their PCG’s on Friday 28 November (Week 7) for the Encounter Retreat. This is an opportunity for our students to share and unpack their service experiences with their PCG peers and teacher.
