REMINDER - Friday 4th April Last Day of Term 1

Please note the last day of Term 1 Friday 4th April school dismissal time is 2:30pm.

NEW - Carpark Reminder

Please remember when using the parish carpark:

1. Back in when you park in the bays

2. Collect your child from the car park gate (students should not meet you in the car)

3. When leaving the school with your children exit quickly at the carpark (It is a hazardous place for children to play if you are talking with another parent)

4. Please exit slowly, cautiously keeping watch for people

NEW - Fortnight in Foundation

Foundation students have been learning about Caring for our Common Home and God's creation. Last week students listened to 'The Rainbow Serpent' creation story and created their own rainbow serpents using a variety of different art forms.

NEW - Caritas Action Day

Next Friday, 28th March, we will be having a special day at school to learn more about the work of Caritas as well as complete activities as part of our PPR (Promoting Positive Relationships) program. Part of the PPR activities is to learn more about our house teams and complete activities related to this. 

Children can wear either a coloured shirt that matches their house colour with their sports uniform - or if they don't have a shirt, just their sports uniform. 

We look forward to learning more about the work of Caritas Australia and our house teams on this day.

Tues 1st April: Palm Sunday - Foundation  9:10am.

Wed 2nd April: Holy Thursday - Grade 1 & 2 9:10am.

Thurs 3rd April: Good Friday - Grade 5/6 9:10am.

Friday 4th April: Easter Sunday - Grade 3/4 9:10am.

Volunteers

At Sacred Heart we value the support of volunteers. Over your child/ren’s journey through Primary School there are many opportunities to volunteer and support your child and the school. Please visit the volunteer page on the school website for further information.

Lunch Orders

Tatura Hot Bread Bakery will be providing the School lunch orders for two days a week. Lunch orders will be available Thursdays and Fridays. Please find below the 2025 price list. 

A reminder orders are to be done through the School, not to be dropped off at the Bakery.

Second Hand Uniform Sales

Sacred Heart will now only be accepting second hand uniform items as a donation to the school. If families wish to sell items we request that this is done privately. Please see below the current uniform stock available for purchase. If you wish to have a browse of the uniforms or make a purchase, please see Sally in the school office on Tuesday or Wednesday.
