Inform & Empower Incursions

In 2026 we are proud to continue to partner with Inform and Empower to provide our students with termly explicit teaching of digital safety and wellbeing. 

Through these engaging livestream sessions students will learn about many important concepts from their digital footprint to how to handle uncomfortable situations, they will walk away from each session with a new tool to add to their toolkit for navigating the digital world.

Each session students will come home with a FAQ sheet for families to support families in their conversations and digital habits at home. We know this is a useful tool for our parents and building our school and parent partnerships

We will continue to work with Inform and Empower in 2026. They will deliver age appropriate Cyber Safety lessons to all students from Prep - Year 6 throughout 2026.

Division Cross Country 

Last Monday we were very proud to have five students represent St Roch's at Division Cross Country. These five students came in the top 15th of their District Cross Country event earlier this term. Competing against fields of 80–100 runners in each race, all students demonstrated outstanding determination, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

Every runner gave their best effort and should be proud of their achievements on the day. It was wonderful to see our students challenge themselves and represent St Roch's so positively, and give amazing support to each other during all the races.

Congratulations to Amelia Kirkwood, Oscar Nolan, Tabitha O'Connor, Charlotte Strauss and Matthew Mount for there efforts in this very challenging event.
