Bunnings BBQ - Volunteers Needed!
NLPS Parents' Club are running a Bunnings BBQ at the Millers Junction store on Saturday 22nd August 2026 as part of our yearly fundraising activities.

This is a great opportunity for the club to generate fundraising revenue for our school and ongoing school events. Shifts are in 2hr 15min periods; the shift will include cooking, serving food and handling payment. We will need help from 8am until 5pm. The sausage sizzle will run 9am-4pm, the first and last shifts will include set up and pack up respectively.
Please arrive 5 mins prior to your scheduled time for handover instructions.
2026 Colour Run - LIVE From 7th August!
We are excited to announce that our Colour Run is set to go LIVE from tomorrow, Friday 7th August!
Flyers will be coming home with students on Friday with instructions on how to create your child's personal fundraising page!
What Families Need to Know
Parents’ Club are excited to launch the NLPS Colour Fun Run, a whole-school fundraising event that brings students, families and staff together for fun, colour, community spirit and a shared goal! The Colour Fun Run event will take place on Friday 16th October.
Every student participates in the Colour Fun Run, regardless of whether they fundraise. If your child/ren does not want colour thrown on them, please wear a non white coloured t-shirt (e.g. red or black)
Most importantly, this event is about inclusion, community spirit, teamwork and shared achievement. Every student is part of the celebration.
What’s the Goal?
Your tax deductable donation is going towards lots of exciting things to upgrade and improve our student spaces (upgrades scheduled to commence during Term 3 holidays) and including;
- Revamping the school quiet yard
- Creating a new outdoor classroom space next to the Gym
- An exciting new ‘surprise’ playground addition to come!

Weekly prizes for the classes that raise the most each week - the more you share with your friends and family to donate the more opportunities for your class to win!!
All you need to do is set up a profile for your child/ren in their class fundraising page and share your personal link to your friends and family and raise as much money as you can!
