Student Report

Hello Tarneit Senior College,

We hope you are all easing back well into the school environment and ready for the exciting term ahead. We hope everyone will be able to take the opportunity to connect and get involved with the events we have planned ahead.

As students began planning for their future, our recent Information Nights provided valuable guidance for students and families. We thank all Year 10 students and families that attended the night and wish subject choices are now clear when moving into Year 11, as well as Year 9 students who are willing to take the first steps to becoming one with our community by coming into our school and willing to become our year 10 students. We thank all who attended the sessions and hope everyone left with a clearer understanding of subject selections, VCE pathways, and the opportunities Tarneit Senior has to offer.

This semester we’ll also be recognising R U OK? Week, with a range of activities encouraging everyone to check in on those around them. A simple conversation can make a meaningful difference, so we encourage everyone to get involved and help create a supportive school community.

We’re also excited to celebrate Book Week, where many activities will be held across the week to encourage all to participate. Students and staff will also be invited to dress up as their favourite book characters for a day. We can’t wait to see everyone’s creativity and school spirit on display throughout the celebration.

To all students participating in upcoming excursions, we wish you the very best. We hope you enjoy these experiences, learn something new, create lasting memories, and represent Tarneit Senior College with pride.

We wish for a successful and enjoyable semester filled with new opportunities, achievements, and great memories. Let’s make this term one to remember!

Warm Regards,

- Misha & Zak
