Division Athletics Carnival

On Thursday, 10th September, 17 students from across Grades 4 - 6 participated in the Division Athletics Carnival held at the Newport Athletics Track. It was a wonderful day and experience for our students, being able to represent our school at the next level in Athletics. 

There were many schools there on the day from the Hobson’s Bay and Wyndham region. All our students tried their best and displayed fantastic sportsmanship by supporting and congratulating not only their peers, but also students from other schools on the day. 

Finally to the Division Athletics Team we are all so proud of you for representing St Martin de Porres Primary School at this level in the competition. Congratulations to you all for your wonderful efforts on the day.

Ivy - 7th in 800m

Yoshua - 10th in Long Jump

Arya - 6th in High Jump

Claudia - 4th in High Jump

Sarah - 8th in 200m
