Get excited for our 2026 Easter Raffle!
Our much-loved Easter Raffle is back for 2026, and will be drawn at the whole school assembly on Thursday 2nd April (last day of term). Raffle tickets will go on sale via Qkr on Monday 16th March.
The PFA relies on the generosity of CPS families to donate chocolate and other Easter goodies such as craft activities to be bundled up into the prize packs. Donation boxes will be placed in each classroom on Monday 16th March. So as you’re shopping over the coming weeks, please pop a few yummy chocolate goodies in your shopping basket or online orders - especially if they’re on special!
More Easter bunnies needed
We’re thrilled to have a few CPS parents put up their hands to help with this year's raffle but would love a few extra bunnies to help out with donations collections in the two weeks leading up to the raffle. If you can help out, please email pfa@carnegieps.vic.edu.au
We’re also seeking parents to help wrap all the delicious raffle prizes on Tuesday 31st March from 7pm. Packing night is always a hoot, and an easy way to support this flagship fundraiser. SignUp here: https://signup.com/go/rfQFDNp
Book Club is back for 2026!
The first Scholastic Book Club catalogue for 2026 is coming home with children this week.
The Scholastic Book Club is a program run by the PFA that gives families the chance to purchase books and activities for students.
The program supports the school via the Scholastic Rewards scheme where 15% of every purchase comes back to the school to buy books for our school library and classrooms.
To remember:
Orders for this issue (Issue #2) close on Friday 13th March.
If your child’s catalogue gets lost in transit, you can also view the current issue here: https://scholastic.com.au/book-club/book-club-parents/issue-preview/

Firstly, a special shout out to our previous coordinator Candice Hall who brought book club back to CPS after a hiatus of many years. And now a big thank you to our new co-coordinators Kathie Nguyen and Sarah Bateman, and their team of helpers, for making sure Book Club continues at CPS this year!
