Volunteers Induction for Class and School Support

Kate Wojcik will be holding 2 short training sessions for any parents or carers that would like to volunteer and help our school in 2026. 

It will take about 15 minutes for the induction and to hear more about ways you can be involved in our school.

If you have completed this training in previous years, you will just need to meet with Kate for an OHS induction, which takes about 5 minutes, and you will be good to go again for this year. 

All volunteers are required to have a current Working With Children's Card to come in and help in the classrooms or other areas of the school. We will check that we have your up to date Working With Children's Card (WWCC) on our school records. Please have this handy for us to make a copy.

Training sessions will be at 3pm on Monday 30th March – just before home time – and Tuesday 31st March at 9.10am – just after drop off – in the school library.

Please check in with staff at the office before joining the group in the library.

If you can’t make it to either of these sessions we can hold further times at the beginning of Term 2, so please reach out to Kate, via the office, for another time to be scheduled.
