Update to CDF Payment for School Fee Payments

With credit and debit cards now accepted, it’s the perfect time to try the new school fees payment option in CDFpay.

If you’ve got an outstanding school fees balance, please follow the below instructions to make a payment or set up a plan in CDFpay before the 28 November due date.

If you already have a payment plan in place for this year's school fees, or if you're fully paid up – thank you! We still encourage you to link your school fees in CDFpay this term so you’re ready for 2026. Your 2026 fees will be added automatically next year, and you'll be able to manage your payment plans easily using CDFpay moving forwards.

What you need to do

Please follow these instructions to register for a CDFpay account

  1. Download the CDFpay app on the Apple or Google store, then click ‘Sign up now’, or register from your browser.
  2. Enter and confirm your email address, then click ‘Sign up’.

Tip: CDFpay will automatically link school fees to your CDFpay account if your CDFpay account email address matches the primary email address the school has on file to send out fee statements. 1. Check your email inbox and follow the prompts to complete your account registration (check junk/spam if lost).

Note: Only one parent or guardian per account code will be able to link and manage school fees in CDFpay.
