Athletics Carnival – PT&F Canteen Information

Our School Athletics Carnival is happening this Friday, 26th June! The PT&F are running the canteen to raise funds for our school and students, and we need your help to make the day a success.

🙋‍♂️ Canteen Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for volunteers to lend a hand in the canteen throughout the day. If you can spare some time, please choose a slot that suits you:

🧁 Cake & Baked Goods Donations

If you can't volunteer on the day but still want to help, we would love donations of homemade treats or baked goods!

• Drop-off: Please bring donations directly to the canteen at Golland Fields on Friday morning, or arrange for a friend to drop them off.

🥪 Pre-Order Lunches (Closes Tuesday Afternoon)

Lunch pre-orders are officially open! While we aim to have extra food available for purchase on the day, pre-ordering is highly recommended to ensure your child doesn't miss out.

• Important Note: Please remember to add your child’s name and year group in the “Notes for Seller” section to help our volunteers with distribution.

🪙 Recess Purchases

Morning tea will be available for purchase from the canteen at the Athletics Carnival on Friday.

As these items are being sold on the day, there is no pre-order option available. If your child would like to purchase something for morning tea, please ensure they bring some cash/change with them.

We also encourage parents, carers and visitors to support our canteen and purchase lunch and morning tea on the day. There will be plenty of food and drinks available to cater for everyone!

 'Billy G's' Gourmet Cookie and Biscuit Dough

 Orders will be available for pick up from the front gate, this Wednesday 24th of June between 3.30 and 4.30pm.  Please bring bags or boxes if you have ordered multiple tubs.  

Thank you all for your amazing support of this fundraiser.  

All funds raised by the P,T& F in 2026 will go towards a Cold-Water 'Hydro Bank' - Hydration Station for the children.
