A Message from the Principal

Presentation Day

Congratulations to the students who won awards at our Presentation Day Assembly last Thursday. A full list of recipients is in the general news section of this newsletter. Special thanks to the PT & F for providing the morning tea for this important occasion.

A few students were away and received their awards at assembly on Friday. Congratulations to Dougie for winning the Holz Award for Learning Growth as well as the Academic Award in Year 4. Also Bradley received his book award on Friday.

ASCA

Our students performed exceptionally well in the ASCA assessments: 

Distinctions: Zarabelle, Harold, Elvira, Lottie, Addison, Brooklyn, Priscilla, Delia & Daniellla.

High Distinctions: Phoebe, Kendall, Cynthia, Sienna, Dougie & Ryder.

ICAS Assessments

We also received the certificates for students who sat the ICAS assessments. Congratulations to our high achievers for 2025:

Dougie: Credit in Maths and Reading.

Scarlett : Credit in Maths and Reading.

Ryder: Credit in Maths and Writing.

Thank you to the staff and students for giving me the most special gift: a photo set in the school grounds of all the students & staff. Thanks to Sally Alden for once again sharing your photography skills with our school. I will cherish this photo.
