Congratulations 

Excellent results in the Australian Mathematics Competition 2025 

Congratulations to all the students who entered the Australian Mathematics Competition this year! We were so pleased with the large number of entries this year and that many students had a growth mindset in Mathematics. I am proud of ALL the students who entered the competition but special mention must go to these students who achieved sensational results. 

These Grade 3 students received an excellent result of a Credit:  Josh Rabba, Isobel Lee, Ryan Gibbs and Olivia Davey 

These Grade 4 students received an excellent result of a Credit: Darcy Eimermach, Mattias Fepuleai, Cissie Xue, Eddy Wu, Georgia Woods, Pricilla Liu, Jackson Thompson, Scarlett Smith and Porzia Solan-Raso 

Furthermore, these Grade 4 students achieved an outstanding result of a Distinction: Oscar Song, Calvin Menon and Anthony De Mel 

These Grade 5 students received an excellent result of a Credit: Christo Sugantharaj, Jayden Walther, Meera Spratt, Mathew Spooner, Tyler LI, Erin Chittuparambil, Brendan Chan and Sophie Bellion 

Furthermore, Kaiden Theophilus was the only Grade 5 students to achieve an outstanding result of a Distinction

Also, these Grade 6 received an excellent result of a Credit: Isabella Tran, Joshua Rajasingham, Hannah Papp-Meade, Brayden Mandjian, Martin John, Coran Beatty, 

Audrey Dawson, Jadon De Silva, Emmett Baker and Alina Leo

Furthermore, these Grade 6 students achieved an outstanding result of a Distinction: Daniel Zhang, Emily Song and Kyan Stone 

A special mention must go to Anthony De Mel who achieved a High Distinction, as well as won the ‘Best in School Award for St Simon’s’.
