LOTE – Commonwealth Games Challenge

This term in LOTE, students are taking part in an exciting Commonwealth Games unit.

To launch the unit, students were challenged to translate a list of sports written in romaji (Japanese words written using the English alphabet) into English. It was a fun way to introduce Japanese vocabulary while showcasing their language skills.

Congratulations to our winners, who demonstrated outstanding language knowledge!

100 Days of Prep! 

4S

On the last day of Term 2, students in 4S enjoyed participating in a Lego STEM Challenge. The activity required teamwork, communication, creativity and problem-solving skills as students worked together to complete building a Lego kit. It was a fun and engaging way to finish the term while developing important collaboration skills.
