Around The College

CEN Heads of Primary Schools Visit
It was a privilege to welcome the Heads of Primary Schools from across NSW and the ACT to our College on Friday 15th of August.
They loved exploring our beautiful classrooms and were encouraged by the way we are combining explicit instruction with inquiry, combined with the Reggio Emilia approach to deliver exceptional education.
A highlight of the day was gathering together in prayer for all the primary schools in our CEN network — what a blessing to stand united in faith and purpose.
Thank You to Generocity Church
We would like to extend a big thank you to Generocity Church for kindly hosting our Second-Hand Uniform Shop. Your support is greatly appreciated by our College community!
If you have any uniforms you would like to donate, you’re welcome to drop them off directly at the church. Alternatively, you can bring them to the College, and we’ll make sure they are delivered to the shop.
Thank you for helping us support our students and families!
Supporting Our Community, One Pair of Jeans at a Time!
You may have noticed a few more jeans around campus lately and no, it’s not just a fashion trend! Our much-loved "Jeans Friday" i here for Term 3, and there’s a purpose behind the denim.
Each Friday this term, staff members are encouraged to wear jeans and make a donation in support of Carevan Wagga, a local charity doing vital work to combat food insecurity. Carevan provides warm, nutritious meals to individuals and families in need across our community, and we’re proud to help make a difference.
At the end of the term, all funds will be used to purchase food supplies, which will be donated to Carevan Wagga to support their meal preparation efforts.
Participation is completely optional, but we’re hoping to see plenty of staff getting involved and showing how small, simple actions can create a meaningful impact.
So, if you see your teachers in jeans this term, know that it’s more than just a casual Friday it’s a show of support for our community.
