SJV FEAST DAY -KABOOM!

On Monday the 5th August the whole school enjoyed a fun event called Kaboom to celebrate St John Vianney’s Feast Day. Their were many groups and each group represented a different country.

Most of the captains got to be leaders of the groups to help the younger students enjoy the activities safely. We had many fun rotations and some also included working with a partner. Each group tried their hardest and had heaps of fun. The theme was Olympics!

 The winning team was Jamaica.

Everyone showed good sportsmanship and everyone was happy to be a part of Kaboom. The Staff from Kaboom were really kind and helped everything stay organised. We were lucky to have Kaboom  and we had such perfect weather for this special event. Everyone enjoyed all the Olympic themed activities. The fun activities included spin the wheels and lots of fun obstacle courses. After two hours our Kaboom experience came to an end.

We were happy to have Kaboom here to celebrate our special St John Vianney’s Feast Day.
