Book Week Celebrations 2021 

This year we’ll be celebrating Book Week from Monday 23 to Friday 27 August.  The theme is “Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds”.   Various activities are organised for the whole week, and as last year, this year also we'll have to run them online due to the lockdown. 

We have invited two inspiring authors to present online lectures to our Year 9 and 10 Students.  Alice Pung will speak online to all Year 10 students and Will Kostakis to all Year 9 students, followed by two workshops for selected Year 9 students. 

Other major activities such as the Interhouse Quiz and staff versus student grand final debate will also be conducted online. Our annual Creative writing competition will be carried out for the whole week. The celebrations will finish with a Multicultural/Book Character Dress Up Day Competition. 

We encouraging all students to take part in this year's Book Week Celebrations and look forward to their contributions.
