Welcome

Dear Delegates,

Welcome to the Keilor-St Albans Network Conference 2023.

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which we meet, the Wathaurong peoples of the Kulin Nation, and pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging. Wominjeka!

The theme of this year's conference is:

Reconnecting - Reinvigorating - Moving Forward Together

On Day 1 we are privileged to be joined by our key note speaker and MC Bruce Armstrong. Bruce will be joined by Haley Duraeu and Edwina Ricci who will present to us on Day 1. On Day 2, Frank Handy the Chair of the Independent Office of School Dispute Resolutions will be presenting to us before we hear from Karen Wood and the Movelle PS team about their SWPBS achievements. We will work together on reinvigorating our Communities of Practice after we share our network schools CLARITY journeys with Lyn Sharratt. Please click on the speaker names to find a bio, focus and learning objectives for each session.

As you enter RACV Torquay, turn left and head towards Zeally Room 1 for registration. This is where we will be based for the two-day conference. Conference meals will be served in other rooms across the venue. Our Conference Sponsors will be exhibiting in the Spring Creek Retreat Room during morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. For evening guests, pre-dinner networking, buffet dinner and entertainment will be in the Great Ocean Road Foyer and Rincon Room. We thank all of our sponsors for supporting our conference.
