Year 11 end of year examinations
The Year 11 end of year examinations will be held from Monday 11 November to Friday 22 November in the lower A Block classrooms. The timetable is now available to parents and students in the Documents tab on SEQTA. Students will receive a personalised copy of their timetable next week during Assembly.
All students are encouraged to consult the timetable in order to finalise their study timetable for the examinations. Any other assessments prior to the examination should be viewed as preparation for end of year assessment. Throughout the school year opportunities to learn about and reflect on their own study strategies have been provided to students, however if they are still unsure or wish to seek additional support students are encouraged to speak with their Assistant Deputy Principal. For course specific information students should always speak with their classroom teacher for clarification and feedback regarding their knowledge and understanding of a particular topic.
Year 12 WACE ATAR examinations
The final examinations for the Year 12 students begin on Wednesday 30 October. These will be held in the Thomas More Exhibition Centre and as such we ask the whole College community to be mindful of the noise in the TMEC carpark, particularly after school. Examinations begin at 9:20am and 2:00pm and are generally three hours and 10 minutes in duration.
We extend our best wishes to all our Year 12 students in their preparation and completion of the examinations.
