Coats For Kids

Dear parents and families at St John Vianney’s,

Donations, donations, donations!

Do you want an easy way to help communities in need? Are you getting ready for winter this Easter? Then, please keep us in mind!

Coats for Kids is about providing a quick and easy donation service, collecting winter coats and other items for kids who need them.

All you have to do is think of us when you are going through your child’s wardrobe and collect all of last year’s winter gear that is now too small. We are looking for items in good condition like coats, hats, scarves and gloves (Please make sure that the gloves are a pair).

We now have a donation bin in the office.

At the end of each week your school’s Coats for Kids ambassador, Mr Ru, will come and collect the donations and bring them in to be sorted by size, and then passed onto our charities - Best Chance in Glen Waverley and West Welcome Wagon in Sunshine.

If you want to donate some adult jackets or coats, we are happy to accept those as well.

If you have any questions please get in touch with Mr Ru via email rlameijn@sjvmulgrave.catholic.edu.au

That’s all you have to do!

Kind Regards,

Mr Ru and the team at Coats for Kids
