National Walk Safely to School Day on 17th May

Now in its 20th year, National Walk Safely to School Day (WSTSD) is an annual event when all Primary School children will be encouraged to walk and commute safely to school. It is a Community Event seeking to promote Road Safety, Health, Public Transport and the Environment.

This year St John Vianney's will participate in this wonderful initiative. Our Parents and Friends are organising fresh fruit from some of our local shops. This will be available when the students get to school.

We encourage everyone to take part in Walk-to-School-Day on 17th May 2019.

Remember: Part-way is OK!!! This means that you can park a little further away from school and walk to school from there.

We are looking forward to celebrating Walk-to-School-Day with you and our students.
