Netball Club

Thank you to all the players that have registered for the 2019 netball season and attended grading and fitness sessions over the past few weeks.

 

We are pleased to announce that our Primary School and High School teams have now been finalised.

Team lists are on our website www.johnxxiiicnc.we.netball.com.au and can be found on the Information & Registration tab or the News tab.  Teams are not listed in any order.

 

We encourage all parents and players to read the Trials & Selection Policy and Grading Policy on the website.

 

Teams listed are final and requests to move will not be entertained.

 

We wish all our teams the best of luck for the coming season and look forward to seeing you all on court.

Accolades

Congratulations to Eliza Thompson for being chosen for the State Umpire Squad.

What a fantastic achievement!  We wish you all the best for the upcoming games.

Training

Training has now started and is a compulsory component of netball. If you have a valid reason for not attending a particular training session please contact your coach or email the club at johnxxiiicnc@gmail.com.

 

As we are a school club and training sessions take place on school grounds the girls are required to wear school sports uniform and appropriate sports shoes to training sessions.

Uniforms

The official game day netball uniform for senior school is

  • Netball dress which is available at the John XXIII Uniform Shop and
  • Blue and yellow bloomers which will be on sale at the last training sessions for term on the 9 & 11 April 2019 ($15 each cash only). 

Rain jackets, which are not compulsory but perfect for the winter weather, will also be on sale ($110 cash only).

 

PNA can issue uniform violations to players not wearing the correct uniform.

 

All players are to note that under no circumstance can jewellery be worn on court during game play.

Umpires will ask players to leave the court and injury substitution rules will apply.
