Welcome back to Term 2
The holidays seem like a distant memory, but I hope everyone was able to enjoy the warm Autumn sun and recharge their batteries ready for the busy term ahead.
Our school vice captains, Bobby and Zoe represented our school community at the Anzac Day Service in Churchill. The students laid a wreath and gave a speech explaining what Anzac Day means to them.
Last week we hosted Grade 5 and 6 students from our Primary Feeder Schools for our annual Awareness Days. The days provided students with a taste of a day of a secondary student’s life. It is great to see students leave with a smile on their faces and feeling less nervous about coming to secondary school. Our transition week ended with a well-attended Information Evening and school tour for our 2024 Year 7 students and families.
If you were unable to attend the evening, please call our general office (03) 5132 3700 to arrange a tour of the school.
A big thank you to Darren Campbell, Jane Webster, Russell White, and the teaching team for these fantastic transition events.
