Working With Children Check

Please be aware that all parents who transport students to events or excursions, volunteer in any capacity at school or at school events, need to have a current Working With Children Check prior to volunteering. A volunteer check cost nothing and can be sourced through Service NSW. Once obtained, the details need to be sent through to Kate in the front office along with your date of birth so we can verify your application with the appropriate authorities and update our records.  Please take the time to do this as soon as possible to avoid last minute panic! Without official notification, you will not be able to volunteer.

Compass Permission Note change update

The permission section of our Compass permission notes now changes depending on the event.  When you are completing the permission section, please read it carefully as occasionally items need to be ticked as well as the usual signature and phone number entries.

School Marketing Campaign

Please contact Kate in the front office if you are willing to let us know your reasons for sending your child to this school by:

• email
• video
• or through a personal conversation

We would love to be able to share your thoughts via our Website and FB page. 

Absences

Please remember you have 7 days only to explain your child's absence on Compass. After 7 days you lose the opportunity to explain why your child was not at school.  You will receive an SMS to prompt you to complete the task at 9:30am on the day if you have not already done this. 

Phone Voice Mail

Sometimes our admin staff need to be away from the front office desk and phones and are out of reach via the headset as it has a limited range.  If this occurs please leave a message on the phone voicemail and it will be sent through to admin staff as an email.  Please also remember that changes to afternoon travel arrangements need to be made prior to 2PM so we can guarantee that the changes are transferred onto the shared travel arrangement form.  The office can be very busy at any given time of the day so the voicemail system is a good back up to ensure communication is received.

School fees are due by 18 June, 2021. Please contact Tracey on Tuesdays or Thursdays if you need further information.
