ASDAN

On a beautiful, sunny, Tuesday morning SSE drove to Westvale community centre to begin their work experience. Students did some weeding, sweeping and harvested a few vegetables. Students worked extremely hard and were proud of their efforts. 

As part of Senior Secondary ASDAN program students are busy working on independent living skills. The ‘Towards Independence’ Module provides a framework of activities through which personal, social and independence skills can be developed in our students. We have 3 ASDAN classes this year following this program. One of many outcomes is ‘making breakfast’.
