FAMILY CENTRED SANCTUARY
We are a local family business that provides Short Term Accommodation (respite). We believe in forming trust, building relationships with each young person and creating a partnership with families who use our service. We offer care to children and young adults through their NDIS funding. Our therapeutic sensory room is now fully functional and available for all participants to experience the benefits of therapeutic care in a relaxed home environment.
Our program is child led, as we match your child’s sensory interest, learning and dietary needs accordingly. We recognise the importance of relationships and strive to pair your child with caregivers that suit your child’s temperament and needs. We also offer animal therapy and extensive community outreach activities, including swimming, ball sports and visits to places of interest e.g. farms at no additional cost. We will even do the school runs at no cost.
Call us for a tour and a meeting at our home where we listen to you, answer all your questions and together build a profile to ensure each young person has appropriate supports while in our care.
We are taking bookings now for September. Also, we are offering 24 hour care in our home during the school holiday period as well as offering day programs for interested participants.
