Principal's Update

Dear Families,

It's so incredible to think that we are in Week 9 and that the year is coming to a close. The year has flown, the children have grown, and there has been so much learning.

A reminder that our last day of school for children is Wednesday, December 17th. We look forward to celebrating our Graduation mass 

Next Tuesday, our children will spend time in their 2026 class grouping with their new teacher. It takes a lot of time and effort to generate class lists, and these are based upon who the children work best with, not friendship groups. Children themselves nominate five other children with whom they work best, and they will be with at least one person from their list. We ask that families be ready for, at times, a disappointed response if they feel things haven't quite gone the way they thought. What we know from years of experience is that once the children actually begin their new school year, they are okay. Thank you for being so cooperative with this. 

We look forward to a positive end to the school year.
