Employment Opportunity – Apprentice Vehicle Body Builder
Ausquip Industries is seeking a motivated candidate to join the team as an Apprentice Vehicle Body Builder. This trade combines metal fabrication and welding, mechanical work, and auto electrical.
At Ausquip, we manufacture, repair (body and mechanical), and service heavy transport equipment. The team also completes end-of-market installations, including onboard weigh scales (their own designed and patented brand), central tyre inflation systems, and electronic braking systems.
This position offers on-the-job training, with the opportunity to undertake a four-year apprenticeship for those keen to learn the trade within a heavy transport equipment manufacturing workshop.
Applicants should demonstrate mechanical aptitude. Completion of a relevant Certificate II in Engineering (Mechanical or Fabrication) or Certificate II in Automotive is preferred.
A permanent position will be offered following the successful completion of the probation period.
