MOTHER’S DAY GIFT BOXES

This year the Mother’s day 'Gift Boxes' will be held on Wed 6th & Thu 7th May

All students are invited to bring along $5 (correct money please) to purchase a gift for their Mum from the ‘Gift Box’ in their classroom on these days.

There are  extra gifts available if required.

SCHOOL HATS TO BE WORN AT SCHOOL

Our hat policy,  states that “Children and staff need to wear their hats until the end of the second week of Term 2” - Friday 1st May. 

Could all school hats please be taken home on this day and return washed and labelled in late August. Parents and students will be notified in the newsletter of the commencement date.

When it comes to using sun protection, temperature isn't a good guide. You can’t see or feel UV but UV is the part of the sun that can damage skin and eyes and lead to skin cancer. SunSmart advises that Victoria’s UV levels start to rise from mid-August. 

Please remind your child to pack their hat, clearly labelled with their name.
