On Wednesday the 17th of June, we had 5 students compete at the Regional Cross Country Championships in Bundoora.
Congratulations to Gus, Heidi, Lachie, Phoebe and Kitt who competed for MPS. You were all incredible and so determined. An extra special shout out to Gus who is off to the State Championships next Term!
What an achievement Gus! Congratultions. We are so proud of you.
Monty Movement Cup
This Term was a challenge for the Monty Movement Cup. The weather was not in our favour, but we have some results and here is the Term 2 finalised scores.
In 4th place - HOLLOWS with 393 points
In 3rd place - PATERSON with 397 points
In 2nd place - FREEMAN with 491 points
In 1st place - IRWIN with 506 points!!!!

We’re excited to share some fantastic news with our club community!
Lucas Giles, from the Montmorency Baseball Club, has been selected to represent Melbourne Athletics in the All-Star Baseball Team.
Lucas recently qualified for and competed in the Australian Little League Championship, held in New South Wales. Teams from across Australia travelled to compete in this prestigious national tournament, showcasing some of the country's most talented young baseball players.
Being selected for the All-Star Team is a tremendous achievement and a testament to Lucas’s hard work, dedication, and talent. While the team narrowly missed out on qualifying for the next championship in the USA, this is still an outstanding accomplishment and a significant milestone in Lucas’s baseball journey.
We are incredibly proud of everything Lucas has achieved and have no doubt there will be many more exciting opportunities ahead.
Congratulations, Lucas, on this remarkable achievement, and congratulations to your family for supporting you every step of the way!

Thank you so much to Bart and the team who did another 38 bikes on Tuesday for a total of 73 bikes checked and repaired over the 2 days.
167 total repairs and we met 119 different people (students, teachers, parents).
They picked up 11 critical repairs. The average riding for session 2 participants was exactly the same as session 1 (10.9 rides a month).
A wonderful effort from all!
